Financial Information Each year the Authority prepares an Annual Operating and Capital Budget. The Budget is approved at a Public Hearing held by the Authority and upon passage the Budget is submitted to the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services for approval. The Authority is responsible for an Annual Audit conducted by an Independent Auditor. Copies of recent Annual Audits are presented below:
The Authority is required to make available via it’s website a list of any firms, persons, businesses, etc. which have received a remuneration of $17,500 or more from the Authority during the preceding fiscal year. Please take Notice that the NBCUA does hereby notify the public that the Work Session and Regular Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. will be held at the Authority’s offices located at 30 Wyckoff Avenue, Waldwick, New Jersey. The agenda will include but not be limited to commissioner reports, payment of regular bills, resolutions, and any other items that may come before the board. Formal Action will be taken. The agendas will be placed on the Authority’s website, nbcua.com, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. |
